Triple K advised at least 3 layers but the 3 previous majority boards continued w/1 layer to save $ and get more roads done.

26th is a disaster!
Why in the world would they make such an asinine decision to only install one layer? Are they complete idiots or are we getting ripped off? Maybe all of the above. Like I said before, any district representative involved with the chip seal catastrophe needs to resign NOW. And we need that forensic audit NOW.

Maybe those “single-layer chip seal” roads are some sort of punishment given to the people complaining about dust.
You can see what the complaints about 130 got us.....
