thanks everyone! can't wait to meet all of you. we do pretty well with the boards/planks, but throw in some muscle and it'll all be good.
app. how many will be attending? and what time will most of you be there? pam's invitation says from 1pm-7pm. as previously mentioned, we're bringing a red potato salad (cold type) and miso chicken for the bbq.

I was figuring we'd keep it loose... socialize and let people tromp around the ranch for a while... maybe take some truck tours to the back 20 if it is dry... fire up bbq's around 4 and have at it!
Times are just general.... I am not a big night person so I can't keep going till 10 PM most of the time. Idea was to let people know if they have limited time they can come by early or late but I am thinking to fire up food between 4 and 5. That work for everyone???

Pam, We will plan to come. We are still feeling a little unwelcomed on the Island but we'll give it some more time. Went to one of the monthly potlucks but only 2 fellas even spoke to us...that was after we spoke first. We did find a great spot to snorkel though. Mike and Linda Bowman

Mike and Linda, I don't think you will have any problem finding friendly people at a Punaweb Party. May I ask where the monthly potlucks are that you have been attending? Most neighborhood functions around here are friendlier than that.

IMHO biggest challenge of a PW padty is getting around to visit with everyone
But for the most part those who barely get a hello are having the same challenge. Pam's is fun socially and the food - MMMMMmm

Mike and Linda, it's a guaranteed good time! Last one I was able to attend, we had name tags and the people who didn't do one, well they got nick name tags! So there you go, have fun and pet the sheepies for me!

Friends made a wonderful suggestion last night.... all of you who play Guitar, Ukelele or any other portable instrument... bring it along! A little JAM music will be fun.

everyone definitely bring any folding tables.... that will help a bunch. It's shaping up wonderfully. We are very excited... except now we have to do house and yard work. What was I thinking? LOL.... NAH... we'll be ready for ya. The place is a work in progress as I am sure you all know. At least now we know we have plenty of covered, indoors space!
Oh and we will have fresh lamb... butcher is coming over on Sunday to stock me up! Woooo Hooooo!!!!!
