Pam, I guess we'll have to wait a bit for our Punaweb Housewarming Party until the joint is back to full function. I wouldn't think of having it until you are back, climbing stairs and baking bread! One of my co-workers (actually the only person with whom I am in regular contact since retirement) had both knees done at once, and she would echo the advice- recovery is best if you let the physical terrorist make your life absolute hell for a bit. If you don't have enough stairs to climb, you can certainly use ours.... we have a lot! Take care and keep the drugs as long as you need them!
