If I had more time and interest... I would broadcast the County Council Meetings on my blog.
I'd then save them for viewing at anytime and then anyone in the world could watch the county meetings anytime they wanted.
They get bored with one part of the video... they can simply slide the slider bar to the part of the meeting that they want to watch.
It's free... can be watched by Millions of People live and it can be recorded for later viewing.
There is NO REASON the county couldn't at least do this for their meetings.

skype works great on a real, broadband connection. It will not work on satellite or wireless broadband (unless its real high speed) and works only marginally on the lowest speed DSL.
