If we had a Costco, a Lowes and a Target n the Hilo side of the island, I would probably never drive over to the Kona side! I still think the area on the 130 before it meets the 11 in Keau'u, where the CU? Hawaii bank is would be IDEAL for both Lowes and Costco.

I think that's what they're afraid of. Let's face it..alot of us drive over there and support these stores that we don't have on the hilo side. If we got a Costco, Lowes, and a Target on this side...the stores over there would be really hurting.
