Yes and no -- maybe we should stick to the original problem ("ends up on the side of the road"), and just add foam trays to the HI-5 program.

New signage observed today at the transfer station: Tires are no longer accepted at ANY county transfer station. (AKA Please resume illegal dumping).
It didn't take long for dengue reactionary policy to completely dissolve and then immediately remind us that there is NO prevention policy. Well played county... well played.
ETA: Maybe if I add enough keywords like #tourism #Dengue #Hawaii #CountyDoesntCare, Google will alert the tourists and shift the county back to reactionary "okay, we'll take tires again" thinking ?
