That would totally affect it - lessening profit to about $60K - which is almost a livable salary for a year if he built it all himself.

You can probably find a similar front door at Paradise Plants in Hilo, or from Teak & Bamboo in Hilo and Kona. They import them from Asia. Paradise Plants is more likely to have them in stock and a better selection of the front doors, Teak & Bamboo has more of the furniture, but I think they get in doors occasionally.
The whole island is like that, you buy front doors at a plant store and refrigerators as well as those new soft Croakie(?) shoes from Sauces and Propane.
