So do you know the report #'s? or is it just information based on hearsay at meetings? From your post it is still hearsay. Just tried calling the Keaau PD office and said looking for a police report for unknown person sometime between July and now in regards to chicken killing. Cop said "HUH?"
The point I am making is both sides have used innuendos and rumors.
The more actual documentation that can be provided the better like the people from both sides who are referencing the specific by-law sections. That is progress.
If the BS can be cut through and get down to what is black and white ink, or on video, things will be getting clearer.
Or as I say when my husband comes out with something outlandish - "I need documentation on that."

laughing Girl. How do you get hearsay out of what I heard from the victims. How would your husband react if someone came out of the bushes
and threatened you. Then have someone call it hearsay. She gave an account of what happened at a board meeting. At the next one Her husband did. And you call it hearsay. How would you feel if this happened to you. And your husband asked for documentation. Or you were asked for
Documentation.
Who ever is doing this, will keep doing it. As long as people denies it happened.

You're missing the point flyingsurfer. It's the reference that you make about these incidents are related to the terminated employees. There is zero proof of this claim and is defamatory on your part by making these statements in public.
If or when you would be deposed by their attorney you can't prove your statements. Don't you get it? All you can say is that you heard it from someone, that's hearsay.
And the way you made the statement is not an opinion it's defamation and false light you don't have proof that some dead chickens and someone was threatened in their driveway are associated with the terminated employees. And yet you not only inferred it but you stated it as fact.
