I believe the new 'majority' does not signify East/West, rather, a majority of independent council members who does not engage in gang voting and rubber stamping. That is a good thing.

Interesting article about a death brought about by a collision between a cow and a motorcycle. Note that since the death occurred on a private road, it is not included with the traffic fatality statistics. I say privatize all the roads, and we will have zero traffic fatalities (according to the official statistics)! [

Yes, privatize all highways too (Oh, wait...Kenoi boy Enriques is already attempting this with (Kamaoa Rd AKA Old Gvt. Rd AKA Hawaiian Beltway)!
If we all just walk everywhere, there would be zero traffic fatalities.
