"Mark my words" This is the most rain I have experienced here in Hawaiian Acres since the start of the dry period. And it's not Friday. Not complaining about it though, it's welcome. And Mrs. Mimosa's prediction: From around Jan 10th til March 18th will be on the drier side of wet.In beginning of Feb we may get 1 maybe 2 inches of rain - or not. Also I remember in the past when droughts have run up to the Merry Monarch festival where it would really start raining. For those that believe in legend, the ohia lehua flowers aren't supposed to be picked anymore because of ROD. |
