I was reading an article on why so many doctors where leaving the Big Island and stumbled on to this article. Albeit unimportant to many I'm sure there are an equal number that it might be very important too. As many of you have expressed your views on how law enforcement wastes time on their search and destroy missions they also have a hand on the other side of the fence as well and I thought it was encouraging news for those who find benefit from it's use.

I encourage you to read the following as a step that has been taken by the State of Hawaii, years ago actually, that many new comers may not be aware of, be it a good thing or a bad thing.....
