out of school, virtual (not) learning or masked up for two years

It will be a decade before we have enough data to compare COVID morbidity with the psychological damage done to children (and adults).

Its not the needle, its what it contains that causes me fear. looking at the statistics that are coming out I see this program more like people getting on the rail cars all by themselves. Gleefully and willingly.
Im starting to think that maybe this is a good thing.

Ah, Dr. Kander, how good of you to enlighten us with your medical advice. I love your mumble jumble, and ever since you've prescribed 'em, been wondering which I should eat first, the red or the blue...

Vaccines don't work? We are quarantining our 11 year old grandaughter. She got sick last Thursday, and she spent the night with us.. We took her to Kaiser for a covid test Friday mrning, and she tested positive. We kept her, rather than have her mom take her. We bad been exposed to the virus, and saw no reason to expose her mom. She could go back o school tomorrow, but we are keeping her one one more day. My wife and I had our original shot with the J&J, and when it was booster time, we switched to the Moderna. We have both been tested, and both are negative. But, hey.....vaccines don't work, right? I'm 69, my wife 68.

So has this covid/vaccine thing caused people to be argumentative and mean or has it just exposed those traits that have been there all along?

I noticed it start to happen around 2016. It's gotten progressively worse since then. And I'm afraid it's going to get WAY worse before it gets better.

That older, unvaxxed right wing men are the ones predominately being hospitalized with Covid?

I couldn't agree more.

Actually, a recent story came out that claims Asians, particularly Japanese, have been the ones most likely to die in Hawaii from Covid. Not sure if this is adjusted for age and health conditions as there's no mention of it.   https://www.hawaiinewsnow.com/2022/02/08/new-research-sheds-light-who-is-highest-risk-dying-covid-hawaii/

Been there all along...it's been getting worse since face to face communication has decreased.  It's so easy to type and send as opposed to saying something unpleasant, rude and/or argumentative to someone's face.
