Again: there is no court of competent jurisdiction whose rulings will satisfy all involved.
The losers will always claim the game was unfairly rigged against them.

Frank -as an aside, I consider the Supreme Courts decision re: ceded lands ownership in Hawaii to be on par with their findings of - A Corporation is an individual in the USA...?
If you mean established and reviewed U.S. law, then yes the comparison is apt. Until someone can bring a challenge before the Supreme Court then it is settled U.S. law, just like South Carolina's ceded territory (a.k.a Tennessee)

Yes, mainly DOCARE officers. They are generally stationed at the police checkpoint at the cattle guard which is a little farther up the access road from the protesters' encampment.
