tour operators should offer the community a royalty

Payable in road maintenance, so that everyone benefits, and no "rogue board" can redirect the money.

The Petition is one week old today. Please check out the 78 reasons your neighbors are saying about a problem some do not think exist;
http://tinyurl.com/Copterpetition

We are encouraged but know we have a long ways to go. In August 2016 Gov. Ige, DOT, Health Dept. all claimed they knew of no helicopter noise problem here.

The petition delivers a personal e-mail every time someone signs- that’s 192 e-mails Sen. Schatz, Hirono, Congresswoman Gabbard, Hanabusa received this week. Even though they receive the petition by e-mail we would also like to deliver it in person at a public meeting-stay tuned or sign up for hicop’s e-mail notification list on our website;

Please support our efforts if you can-Mahalo!
