pay day loans has been open for a while and they were hiring for sign wavers fro $8 an hour. at least some of our Pahoa people got a job.

Payday loan shops are legal in just eight states, including Hawaii. There is a move afoot to kick them out of Hawaii (believe it or not, even Texas made them illegal) as their fees are so outrageous that they victimize those in our society least able to afford it. Jes FYI...

I guess ripping off service people just outside the gates at Ft. Bliss and Ft. Hood etc.,,, got to even the Texas legislature.
