If you had one question to ask HELCO's president, Jay Ignacio, about his plans to bring our community reliable, affordable energy, what would it be?
As well as what their plans are, to do business with Enron,since they purchased all the Windmills, here in Hawaii.

Whalesong - if you had just kept your post to that one sentence and question at the start of your post I think it would have been a good thread. Maybe someone will rescue it but with your added gumpf it just becomes yet another thread to ignore. Your second sentence makes little sense and then it's off into quoteland.

Given that we are living on the top of an active volcano, why isn't Helco devoting every penny to developing geothermal power? It seems like a no brainer.
