All the time. After a while, you only notice if there hasn't been a little shaker lately.

Blue Dahlia, here is the USGS website on the earthquake activity (it changes daily!, but normal is 15-30 measureable quakes a week, however few of those are 'felt' by anyone, and fewer still are felt by many):

Unlike many areas, the earthquakes here are much more of a local thing, one part of the mountain may feel something (on the mag 3+ quakes), but most of the island may not feel anything but the bigger quakes (like magnitude 5+)

I never feel them unless they're at least 4.5.
