I live in Hawaiian Acres and need a plumber who can look at my heater tank,...anyone? ----------- Support the 'Jack Herer Initiative'NOW!! RE: Des anyone know of a plumber.. - allensylves - 07-17-2012 I asked Bruce Tsubamoto 938-8878 and he says he does work on them. He says there are only a few brands that have parts available locally. I told him I would post a response to you. He has done several plumbing jobs for me with good results. Allen Finally in HPP RE: Des anyone know of a plumber.. - Beachboy - 07-17-2012 thanks Allen, I will give him a call. It's something blocking the water flow inside the heater,...I think? Hot water pressure dropped three days ago. Now heater really sounds like it's laboring to heat water? RE: Des anyone know of a plumber.. - riverwolf - 07-18-2012 There is a filter screen in the cold watre connection to the tank. Sometimes it can get clogged... easy fix. Depending on your water, scale some times builds up as well. Also ( and I'm sure you have checked this already) there is a control in front that can adjust water volume flow through the tank. riverwolf RE: Des anyone know of a plumber.. - Kapohocat - 07-18-2012 quote: This same thing happened on my washer - tiny little screen was clogged. Took 2 days for plumber to come out, and took about 2 mins to fix (i.e take off and clean). Now we do it regularly ourselves. |
