1/2 kegs are about 17 gal, sometimes you can make a deal with a beverage guy for a damaged one. But the nice
Stainless ones are usally hard to come by legit, because they make great fuel tanks

I used to work at a brewery and an employee got fired for stealing the kegs and selling them at the scrap metal yard. Whatever they are made out of fetches a high price for scrap.
