Kapoho Pahoa Rd question - AKpilot - 08-21-2012
Hello everyone!
I am looking at a place on Kapoho Pahoa Road, about halfway up, where it's a little higher and kind of pasture-like. Any info on the area? LIke it. hate it? Thanks! You guys are great!

that area seems to be infested with this terrible invasive species called Albezia these things are gigantic trees that can grow up to 20 ft a year and just rot and fall over crushing homes, powerlines, etc...even the roots rip up roads and some community associations will fine you for damage from albezias and put a lien on your property. make sure there are no albezias or make sure you cut them all down!
