RE: Name for Home Brew - Dennis - 11-06-2012 Getting ready to brew some beer tonight and looking for a new Hawaiian themed name. Any suggestions? Thanks. RE: RE: Name for Home Brew - oink - 11-06-2012 If it tastes like crap you can always call it Primo. Pua`a S. FL Big Islander to be. RE: RE: Name for Home Brew - csgray - 11-06-2012 What kind of beer is it? The best names fit with the beer type, is it an Ale, a Lager, an IPA, Nut Brown Ale, Stout or a Pilsner? I think Mongoose IPA would be a great name for an IPA, it has a nod to the historical roots of India pale ale. Or what about A'a for a brown ale? Carol RE: RE: Name for Home Brew - riverwolf - 11-06-2012 I'm having a difficult time finding Cascade and Centennial Hops locally. Used to grow my own but now need to find a local source if any. enjoy. riverwolf RE: RE: Name for Home Brew - Guest - 11-06-2012 I would love to try any and all beer to give my input... “Setting a good example is a far better way to spread ideals than through force of arms.” -Ron Paul RE: RE: Name for Home Brew - Greg - 11-06-2012 Honeycreeper RE: RE: Name for Home Brew - Carey - 11-06-2012 "A'a" is good for a bitter dark, "Pahoehoe" for a smooth dark....& really like the "Honeycreeper" for a honey ale...maybe "I`iwi" for a red honey ale... RE: RE: Name for Home Brew - ericlp - 11-06-2012 Hopefully it's a hoppy IPA. But I think who cares since unless you made 500 gallons we probably won't be sampling any of it. RE: RE: Name for Home Brew - dmbwest - 11-06-2012 As per above requests ... Maybe just a simple " ohana " + type of beer. aloha, pog RE: RE: Name for Home Brew - coppercoin40 - 11-06-2012 Da Kine |
