Hello All!
I am back and looking for some advise or heads up in regards to Waa Waa. I will be coming down again to look at a place in Waa Waa. I may make an offer on it. I have stayed in Waa Waa many times before. I know I have already asked this but what do you think of Waa Waa. The Spaghetti lots, the 177th beach thing. Do lots of people use the trail down to the Mermaid ponds? Do people still try to drive it? Crime/break-ins? I love the native trees and the thick jungle beauty!

If you're looking at a specific property.. and thinking of making an offer.. and it's listed for anywhere near a reasonable price already.. you might consider moving fast! I've been looking at properties for a long while now and after a year of very little movement all of a sudden I am finding the price going up by the minute. Literally, there's one house I was going to make an offer on today only to find out just yesterday it had four offers submitted that are all ABOVE the asking price!
