Also:
1. Find young green
2. Remove core
3. Strain through filter/colander
4. Chill in freezer
5. Enjoy tasty beverage

Everything inside the husk is considered sterile. Coconut water has been used straight from the shell when human plasma wasn't available and an IV needed. The coconut water that you buy in a can or cardboard box... imported... chances are it has had livestock or humanure fertilizing the trees. 100% "organic".

Terracore that IV info is incredible! I had never heard of this. I just looked it up and found an abstract about a "solomon islander" who was treated successfully using this. wow! Do you know if it's isotonic?
