Another pot topic - Bullwinkle - 11-23-2013 http://www.latimes.com/science/sciencenow/la-sci-marijuana-ibuprofen-alzheimers-buzzkill-20131121,0,7844486.story#axzz2lR9aoVbo every day there is most support for cannabis being a growth industry - even if restricted to triple fenced plantations. I make the point that even if its not accepted in this state .... export to legal states would boost this economy to first world status overnight..... how many pot plants equal a hydrothermal steam turbine in economic out put and carbon foot prints? where are the engineers and the dream wheels when one needs one.... RE: Another pot topic - Obie - 11-23-2013 You're too funny.Afraid of gmo's but ok with a lab taking the high out of pot and then mixing up a chemical cocktail. OMG it would be done by BIG PHARMA. It will be the end of life as we know it !! RE: Another pot topic - Guest - 11-25-2013 Interesting.. With the known quality of Kona Gold, Maui Wowie etc... Marijuana cropping could, save the island, create jobs and an economic boom, seems only logical. I am in agreement to keep it natural though, no need to mess with such a great plant as it is.. RE: Another pot topic - Kapohocat - 11-25-2013 I have a friend's mom with cancer - Stage 4. Does the raw juicing help at all? Any anecdotal or scientific evidence on raw juicing - I told her about the raw juicing articles I saw. Since friends found out she had cancer, she has been getting every punatic remedy possible. http://40dayrawcannabisjuicechallenge.blogspot.com/2013/08/cannadad-blogs-on-raw-cannabis-jucing.html If this has any merit, I would think that it would help the Big Island economy, and if it could still be family farmed even better... right up to the point that Big Pharma and Insurance companies believed it was cutting into their profits.
