I would like to find out ballpark rates on a 100k house in zone 1, 2, and 3 for comparison. Just let us know what it's costing you and where to get that rate please.

I live in Zone three. HPP close to the ocean. I have homeowners insurance with Allstate. $600.00 a year for a $300,000 home. My house is covered if lava rolls down on my property and catches fire from a burning tree that falls on my house before the lava gets there. Fortunately my house is surrounded by tall palm trees.

We're in lava zone 3 and pay roughly $35 for our insurance through Dongbu. Includes hurricane insurance.

Per month.
