No TV Signal where you are? - Andrew - 01-06-2014 Maybe you're like me and situated somewhere in the nether of lower Puna or other location where TV isn't available. Though we do subscribe to Netflix I found a really nice resource on the web that allows you to view old classic TV episodes and old movies for FREE! You can watch them streaming or download them for viewing later (offline) on your computer smart phone or tablet. I have been searching for a nice collection of legal free material to load up on my smart phone for viewing anywhere I don't have an Internet connection and finally found one I like. Check it out at: http://free-classic-tv-shows.com/ These offerings are not copyrighted but are Public Domain Television so this is 100% legit and not in any way underhanded. (There are ad banners on the site but I am in no way affiliated with this entity) Enjoy!! RE: No TV Signal where you are? - PaulW - 01-06-2014 Thanks!!! RE: No TV Signal where you are? - rainyjim - 01-06-2014 Thanks for sharing... I also use: http://www.movie4k.to/index.php Movie4k: (downloads only no streams) recent and older movies - some TV http://veehd.com/ Veehd: (downloads and streams) recent and older TV & movies - good for documentaries - Nova, Nat. Geo., Horizon. Etc. http://series-cravings.tv/ Series cravings: streams and even streams for mobile devices - mostly new TV including most popular currently airing TV shows. Enjoy. RE: No TV Signal where you are? - birdmove - 01-06-2014 Thanks for that. I tried out the website with the first message, and it looks like it will even work on my old notebook computer. Jon in Keaau/HPP RE: No TV Signal where you are? - imwithstoopid - 01-07-2014 And if you want to watch on the TV try Chromecast, is limited at this time but is cheeep about $35 Best Buy, Wall Mart etc. Needs Chrome browser to work [ ![]() Will need an HDMI input on the TV, comes with all parts needed, easy to use. Someone try it first to see if it's for you, then report your impression, like, keep, don't, return. Nothing ventured, nothing gained... rAy.....
