Polalauahi, according to the Hawaiian dictionary at wehewehe.org.

Wow, thats long. My dream is to open a Steamed Cheeseburger cart when I get to the BI.

If you are not from CT or New England, youve probably never heard of, much less had, a steamed cheeseburger.

They are amazing, the cheese is also steamed and turns into a lava spill of goeey cheese.

My menu -

1-Mainland Burger, topped with Lettuce,Tomato,Onion, Ketchup, Mustard, Mayo, covered in Sharp Melty Vermont White Cheddar.

2- Asian Burger, Soy glazed and topped with Mango and Green Onion chutney covered in Mild Vermont Cheddar

3- Moku Burger, Terriyaki Glazed, topped with sliced pineapple and covered in Melty Horseradish Cheddar Cheese

Also been messing with a jalapeno/papaya chutney lately.

I was going to do this as well... Never did.
I'll give you one of mine.

Hot Hawaiian-
(From bottom to top)
Grilled pineapple
Grilled Spam w/Swiss
Burger w/Swiss
Sriracha mayo

It's salty sweet... And Spam is always a hit! Wink
Of course you could steam all of it.
If I were you also think about adding a veggie burger of some kind... Wild rice or Portebello is always a nice burger (even for meat eaters) and I've never seen one around here.

Good luck to you!
