ddoes anyone know if the trial will be a jury trial? And if so, how can Mr. Gambsky be assured a fair proceeding?

who is gambsky? and how do we know if any trial is "fair"? you gotta trust the system, or not... probably should be in a political discussion, our judicial system at work.

I don't know all the evidence but finding an impartial jury should not be so difficult.

I can think of two cases where the defendants were caught with dismembered human bodies. They were trying to dispose of the remains but were later found not guilty of murdering the people.
