Concrete pad - aramis720 - 02-14-2014 Does anyone know the average cost for a concrete pad (for a garage in this case) in Puna, per square foot? Who are the best local contractors who could do this kind of work? RE: Concrete pad - Rob Tucker - 02-14-2014 Probably in the $10-$12 psf range. Eric Ahu does real good concrete work. 217-2976 RE: Concrete pad - aramis720 - 02-14-2014 Mahalo again, Rob. RE: Concrete pad - aramis720 - 02-14-2014 What are the best concrete piers to use around here, and what is readily available? I realized that a concrete pad probably isn't necessary and since it's a lot more pricey than a pier foundation I'm also considering this second option. RE: Concrete pad - Rob Tucker - 02-14-2014 Concrete slabs are largely popular because they cost less than a pier and post system. RE: Concrete pad - Jason808 - 02-15-2014 28x32 ft slab with landings for entryways cost me 7500 plus 800 for fill. Hope this helps |
