Any one know the average per square foot cost to have one of the HPM kit homes built? Any recommendations

I think the finished house ends up costing about 3x the price of the "materials"- which is what the kit is. In other words- 1/3 cost is the materials, and then, 2/3 cost is the labor. A 30k kit would end up costing about 90k. (If I recall correctly. It's in a previous post)

I think 100 - 115 sq for living space but it really depends on the internals ect.
