Has anybody been under this Dr's care. What are your thoughts. Not looking to start anything ugly. Just the facts to help me make a choice.

It's been my experience that he's more about scheduling and testing way beyond what my condition (or lack of condition) called for and I've observed this happening to acquaintances of mine who also went to him. That's my opinion....
