High end gas range - robguz - 04-23-2014
Anyone have experience with one of the high-end ranges, specifically here in Puna in terms of durability, tolerance of humidity and salt air, ability to get them serviced, etc. I'm looking at Wolf, Bluestar, Thermador, etc. These are all very expensive, and there are few dealers on island for these brands. Anyone have one here? (not interested in your mainland experiences with them--I can find that info elsewhere).

I would be more worried about finding enough gas pressure to drive a Wolf.

No problems for one awesome Thai resturant in Pahoa.
On my someday, Christmas list ... Just want to turn that knob and not look down for once in my life !!!
