I think when it burned down everyone came to the big island. Get your ticket, were going to Puna!

Movie should be good. Funny thing is some of those woofers around here are not far off this path.

Stupid Woofers.

RE: The new Puna! - malolo - 07-16-2014

Mmm.. yes, as matter of fact.. a number of the movie's "stars" are your neighbors.
Some of them, very much pillars of society.

Movie came out a number of years back, and was shown in its not-quite-finished form at the Palace for awhile, in addition to having been available on DVD. It's good.

Taylor Camp alumni are scattered to the ends of the earth by now of course, but there are still a number of them that make it a point to reunite semi-regularly, both in Puna and on Kauai, for what seems to be, from all accounts, a very good time.

I now have this movie, if anyone wants it let me know. Smile

Lavalava,
"Stupid Woofers."

Is there anyone you like or approve of? You've said you want all the baby boomers to die off faster, now you are calling the woofers, who are mostly adventurous young people between 18 and 25 "stupid" it just seems like you can't stand anyone.

Who does meet your criteria for having a right to live or visit Hawaii?

Carol

Most likely a Torrent site. That's how I got my copy.

These were just trust fund baby tourists. They didn't have any answers then, they don't have any answers now.

3:03 "A lot of us were on welfare, to tell you the truth."

Get on the government dole to bitch about the government. Same old, same old. Taylor camp was just the first with a lot of media exposure. There have been many that have come and gone. Latest is the Nelson brothers on Maui. There is also the Pahoa 300 from the 90's.

In the end, the net effect of all this "organic" lifestyle is big lots with huge trash piles, once the tourists change their flighty minds and decide to fly away somewhere else on another jet plane (designed and built by evil corporations bent on destroying the Earth).

Some people don't seem to want anyone to have a little fun, even for just a few years when they're young and in their 20's.

"There are going to be times when we can't wait for somebody. Now, you're either on the bus or off the bus. If you're on the bus, and you get left behind, then you'll find it again. If you're off the bus in the first place — then it won't make a damn."
