President Barack Obama has signed an amendment to an executive order that would allow him to mandate the apprehension and detention of Americans who merely show signs of “respiratory illness.”

REVISED LIST OF QUARANTINABLE COMMUNICABLE DISEASES
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including section 264(b) of title 42, United States Code, it is hereby ordered as follows:
Section 1. Amendment to Executive Order 13295. Based upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Health and Human Services, in consultation with the Acting Surgeon General, and for the purposes set forth in section 1 of Executive Order 13295 of April 4, 2003, as amended by Executive Order 13375 of April 1, 2005, section 1 of Executive Order 13295 shall be further amended by replacing subsection (b) with the following:
"(b) Severe acute respiratory syndromes, which are diseases that are associated with fever and signs and symptoms of pneumonia or other respiratory illness, are capable of being transmitted from person to person, and that either are causing, or have the potential to cause, a pandemic, or, upon infection, are highly likely to cause mortality or serious morbidity if not properly controlled. This subsection does not apply to influenza."
Sec. 2. General Provisions. (a) Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:
(i) the authority granted by law to an executive department, agency, or the head thereof; or
(ii) the functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.
(b) This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.

We all have three choices in life:
Give in, Give Up, or Give it all you got
First of all, I'll take extra caution in being around others that appear to be sick. I take a daily dose of coconut oil, place it in my ears and nose with a q-tip. this help treat deadly viruses. I also brush my teeth with it and a little baking soda. As long as your body is alkaline, disease can not live in that environment. If it is acidic, disease prevails. Search alkaline/acid foods. I have been doing this for over 7 years, and I've haven't missed a day's work every since. I Eat well, stay away from fast food, soda and sugary drinks and snacks, exercise and get plenty of sun and fun[
]. What else is a body gonna do?

There you go, the cure for Ebola. Fortunately, it's very unlikely to ever get to Hawaii, but if we brush our teeth with a little bit of baking soda and apply coconut oil with a cotton swab to our ears and noses we'll all just be fine and avoid deadly diseases.
I'm off to find some baking soda, I used the last box I had to kill some coquis...

I don't follow any of the unqualified medical advice you give and I'm just fine as well. What is your point? Ebola isn't in Hawaii, so how is brushing our teeth with baking soda or dabbing our noses and ears with coconut oil a cure for a deadly virus such as Ebola? Sounds like something a witch doctor from Africa might prescribe. I'm curious to learn the statistics behind your medical advice.

That's a video about fast food. What on earth has is got to do with Ebola, baking soda and coconut oil and your medical advice?
Are you saying Ebola in Africa is being caused by fast food joints and those of us living in Hawaii should brush our teeth and apply stuff to our ears in order to avoid the same thing happening here?
