We are trying to reach voters in the Puna area who were not technically in the 2 storm-delayed precincts to find out if any of them were also unable to access the open polls on Saturday.
We are trying to research whether the storm-delay precinct boundary was adequate to encompass everyone whose access to the polls was impaired.
Please let me know if you know of anyone.
