Yes. About the same time as well. Thought my iPad was acting up again. Seems to be hit and miss now.

Lots of utility work underway in Pahoa...I'm guessing that's the cause of any issues

I'm not having any slow loading with Punaweb on Time Warner.
Facebook, OTOH, has been like molasses for weeks now.
