Looking for licensed contractors - lynne24 - 10-29-2014 Hi Everyone, I was in the process of designing a post and pier house to be built in HPP...because of the lava I have reduced the size to about 700 sq ft and now I am working through the final stages of permitting with the county... I am looking for a licensed contractor who can build the house...someone reliable and reasonable. I am wondering if anyone has some recommendations. I have looked through many of the posts and it seems like most people here are doing their houses as owner builders. I am wondering if people have had good good experiences with any of the local licensed contractors...if so please let me know! Mahalo, Lynne RE: Looking for licensed contractors - UsGuys - 10-29-2014 Aloha Lynne, You can contact me at Eric@HawaiiPCC.com if you like. I am a licensed general contractor. RE: Looking for licensed contractors - lynne24 - 11-01-2014 Hi, Thanks for the responses...I will follow up on the ones posted...Mahalo Lynne RE: Looking for licensed contractors - john the architect - 11-28-2014 Lynne, the size is the kind that a lot of very capable carpenters can build. If you reconsider the licensed part and just want a good builder who builds rarely but wonderfully then call my friend Robert at 724-3678.
