back in the 60s we lived in puna, Our lifestyle was reministic of wild animals. I would like to see a video of them.thx bb steve

There's only a few different paths this thread can take:
1) Devolves into a debate about who settled the islands first, morphing into commentary on canoe plants and then a debate about GMOs and helicopters.
2) Helicopters? Green harvest and the good old days before meth.
3) Somebody makes a joke pretending to type in David Attenborough's accent, "Like all wild animals, the Punatic must eat to survive. Subsisting on a diet of mushrooms and brownies, the Punatic faces each day in a state of contemplation and relaxation and sometimes bathes in it's catchment tank. But not very frequently."

Speaking of wild animals, I noticed that Home Depot in Hilo is now selling "Deer/rabbit" repellent.
For plants I mean, not people.
