Anyone inside around 4ish ? Or back inside tonight ? Whole store evacuated this afternoon + lots of trucks.

I agree that 9 minutes is a bit long for the first unit to respond for a large, heavily occupied commercial building in downtown. Seems that a 5 minute max response time would be more adequate based on cities I have worked in.

I'm not sure which companies 1,3,&4 are, but would guess Keaukaha, Kawailani, and Central. At 4:22 in the afternoon and the streets crowded with rush hour traffic, I think 9 minutes is a fast response time from any of the above.

Especially since so many drivers think they can just outdrive the emergency vehicles instead of pulling over.
