No coquis singing this morning. Too dry, or do they know something I don't?

Many threads on this already. Every time the temps get to around 64 degrees and/or dry out, they are quiet.
Have not made noise in my area since just before Christmas.

They are quiet because they have all been paying large distracted hopping fines.
