My gas range's burners were rusting out. Maybe a consequence of buying from Sears. Anyway it was time to replace the burners. I went to Sears for parts and they wanted $70 per burner. Nearly $300. Nope.
I found a guy in Illinois who sells used stove parts. $5 per burner. He's not afraid to ship to Hawaii. Nice guy. Easy to work with. Made an extra effort sending me pictures to make sure I was getting the right parts. So with shipping I am a bit over $30.
