Looking for a drafts person for a small job - EightFingers - 02-23-2015
This is for an enlargement of my lanai by about 200sqft and adding a roof. I got a bid from someone which seemed pretty high ($625.00) for such a small job. Anyone have a recommendation?

Talked to a neighbor yesterday and he also recommended Janel. Hopefully, we can get an appointment this week.

Dave Holbrook (holbrookdrafting.com - 808-640-4911) is my recommendation. Understands the drafting, carpentry, codes, and most importantly the county and the inspectors.

Dave is my neighbor! I haven't yet worked with him on a project but he built himself a beautiful home and I get a good vibe from him.
