It is absolutely critical that we stop PGV from even thinking of assisting efforts to make electric cars cheaper.
Quick get out the signs and blockade the roads.

Seriously people given the climate in Hawaii would any business consider a major investment that would be necessary. It would take at least 5 years alone for an EIS.
