Remember, that all of Hawaiian Beaches and Shores is zoned "Residential"...
So just call 911 and if the no do their job tell show em da video... And have a talk with the supervisor!

Sorry, but that is Honolulu, so it has zero bearing on Hawaii County.

This issue (and any dog issues too) fall under each county's specific rules and zoning, Honolulu Police Department can make any videos they want about what the rules are there, but whatever they say is about that county, not any other county, and not Hawaii County.

With about four Officers on duty in all of Puna, please don't call 911 unless the Chicken has a gun and is threatening your family.

Actually, (on Oahu) they don't have a Non Emergency phone numbers, they only have 911 (for anything)...
It's funny how different the islands are. You'd think the state could get it together at least a little bit. I just thought the video was funny. Since they don't do squat unless it's dog barking. My friend in Kona had to drive all the way back to kona when he was visiting Hilo side, because his neighbor complained about his dog barking and the cops were going to break into his house to impound his dog. Yet, over on (this side) personally, I don't think they do much over here.
