leased land as an “Astronomy Precinct,” where development is to be consolidated to maintain a close grouping of astronomy facilities and support infrastructure.
The remaining 10,763 ac are designated a Natural/Cultural Preservation Area in order to protect natural and cultural resources (Group 70 International 2000). There is not TMT Project listed in this development plan.
So when does it end...?

The reason people don't like your proofs are because they are BS. This is the Astronomy District map showing the planned TMT. The TMT is being purposely located down in a hole, away from the other observatories and has no cultural area near them, whereas IRT and Keck are sitting right on top of a large important cultural area. TMT is to the top left.
