I am offering a large room w/ house privileges in trade for painting, yardwork, minor repairs, a set amount of hours per month. This is for a 2 month period, but may develop longer term depending on your work ethic. This is in upper HPP on a paved road. Electric & WiFi included. A criminal/credit check would be required & no pets, drinking, smoking, drugs or drama allowed.
