Suspect approx. 17 wearing backpack curly hair.
This Fuji kids road bike is the only one on the island or maybe even the state so take it back if you see it.

Has Orange Bar tape and brake shifters now + red brake pads and XT Rear Derailleur.
Another hint to identity is front hub worn + needs tires which are hard to find. ... Suspect may be riding on flats

I suspect it will be painted black in 3...2...1... But my neighborhood is where alot of the greasy 'folk' hang out... ill keep my eyes open for it..
