Kuauli Rd n Hwy 11 - Mimosa - 04-27-2016
The county is installing a right turn lane on Kuauli and Hwy 11 starting April 26th across kurtistown assembly of god church .
Project expected to be pau by may 20th weather permitting.
The blurb in the paper says expect traffic delays .
In addition the county is repaving sections of the PEAR and since it seems to us,just random spots on a substandard road that does not belong to the county but to all lot owners in H.A. it opens up a huge can of worms legally.
Our gas taxes at work in an election year.

I thought so too -- except County says it doesn't, everything's fine, go back to worrying about your tax increases.

Been observing the last few days this right hand turn lane,the county never dug out the soft soil under .
So now they keep putting many truck loads of gravel on top of the soft muddy soil and packing it with a roller,but keeps sinking down .it is old cane haul soil many feet deep .
A funny joke of a job,will in a few years or less need to be re done as it is a very mushy swampy area underneath this new area of merge .
Waste of tax payer kala in an election year .
