Need a professional for leaky roof - Mindful - 09-04-2016
For 2 years I've been dealing with a leaky flashing on one of my air vents. It's time to get it fixed for good.
Can anyone recommend someone reliable who can strip layers of old flashing tape and Henry's (messy stuff) and flash it right for good?
My next option is to buy a whole new piece of tin and replace that individual sheet and flash it like new.
At this point, I really don't care what it costs.

A new piece of tin and flash like new is probably your best bet. Just doing it right once is usually well worth it.
