Clean, well-maintained, quiet, safe house needed for single woman with no pets. Furnished or partially furnished preferred. Phone reception and Internet access essential. Responsible, mature tenant with excellent local references from landlords and employers. I can do light property maintenance or oversee such for absentee owner. Modest rent or trade for services. Leilani Estates preferred location.
